PFAL was engaged by Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate to act as their financial advisor for the DBFOM delivery of the University of Nevada’s Reno campus new business school. New Terminal project undertaken by the City of Kansas City. Our work included assessing different financing options, managing the bond rating process, coordinating the activities of the project’s finance committee which includes both public and private sector representatives, transaction structuring, and identifying alternative debt and interest revenue sources to help to reduce the project’s cost of capital.
