PFAL was engaged by the City of Santa Clara to undertake financial advisory and project management services in relation to the proposed international swim center, swimming hall of fame and the community recreation center. Our work included affordability analysis, alternative revenue identification and forecasting, community outreach and stakeholder engagement, feasibility analysis, and alternative delivery analysis.
