Role: Financial Advisor
PFAL was engaged to assist the San Joaquin County Public Works Department consider alternatives to build a new, modern administrative facility that better meets the needs of the public and staff. PFAL performed extensive programming analysis and portfolio assessment, adjacency analysis, stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, and strategic advisory services to Public Works leadership to help advance the project. We also identified a financing strategy that will save the County money by accelerating the delivery of certain road improvement projects and free restricted funds to use for delivering their new Public Works facility.
