PFAL provided financial advisory services to its client, Edgemoor Infrastructure and Real Estate, for the delivery of a new, 128,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building for the College of Business at the University of Nevada, Reno. The project is the first piece of the Mathewson University Gateway project and involves the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of facilities over a 30-year period.
PFAL was responsible for structuring $163 million of insured tax-exempt and taxable bonds.
