Gilcrease Expressway

PFAL was selected to act as the financial advisor to the Build America Bureau’s TIFIA credit program in their analysis and consideration of extending a TIFIA loan to the Gilcrease Expressway project in Oklahoma. Our work includes performing due diligence to determine risks associated with the new toll facility, the relative health of the tolling system, assisting in the negotiation of financing documentation, and evaluating how the Borrower meets statutory requirements of the TIFIA program.
