PFAL was selected to act as the financial and commercial advisor to the Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation (“LASAN”) to develop a new office building in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. PFAL performed feasibility analysis, delivery options analysis, and value for money analysis. Our work also includes coordinating City project approvals, stakeholder engagement, developing programmatic requirements and performance specifications. Subsequent to PFAL’s feasibility analysis, LASAN received an unsolicited proposal for the project. PFAL was then engaged by LASAN to evaluate the unsolicited proposal and we are currently advising LASAN on the terms of the exclusive negotiating agreement being pursued with a local developer.
