Role: Financial Consultant
PFAL was part of the team led by TSK Architects to support the new master plan for the Capitol complex in Carson City, Nevada. PFAL’s responsibilities include programming support, developing a strategy to rationalize the state’s real estate portfolio in Carson City, developing a lease/purchase model to inform decision-making, and identifying funding, financing, and delivery options for the re-envisioned Carson City Capitol campus.
