I-10 Mobile River Bridge

The I-10 Mobile River Bridge project is a proposal to increase the capacity of I-10 by constructing a new six-lane bridge across the Mobile River. The proposed project would be located in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is procuring the project as a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain. PFAL is currently acting as financial advisor to the USDOT’s TIFIA loan program for the project. PFAL’s work includes overseeing performing full credit analysis on the project and assisting in negotiating loan terms and documentation.
