Howard County Courthouse

PFAL acted as the financial advisor to Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate and Star America, who was selected as preferred bidder to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain this new county courthouse in Ellicott City, Maryland. This availability payment based concession reached financial close in October 2018 and it is now under construction. The project has been nominated for “Social Infrastructure Project of the Year” for 2018 by Partnerships Bulletin.
