Greg is a licensed Professional Engineer significant experience delivering potable and non-potable water infrastructure projects for public, federal, and private agencies. Prior to his tenure with PFAL, while working for an engineering and construction company, Greg was involved in overseeing and managing the full infrastructure life cycle for water projects of varying size and scope. Greg’s experience includes developing the tallest prestressed concrete water storage tank in California for additional capacity to access alternative project funding. He has worked on a variety of different delivery methods ranging from design-bid-build, design-build, design-bid-finance-operate, and private-public partnerships.

Greg has a unique combination of engineering, business, and financial expertise. Greg was responsible for opening DN Tanks branch office in Abu Dhabi, which required strong communication skills to cross cultures and languages in order to negotiate contracts with local clients. The integration of his engineering and finance background provides him with a unique perspective on how best to accurately model project risk and value infrastructure projects. With a fundamental understanding of finance, data analytics, accounting, and engineering, Greg is able to provide advice on the most appropriate financial plan and delivery for projects.
