Atlanta Beltline

Atlanta Beltline – Atlanta, GA

Built on a loop of reclaimed railroad tracks, the Atlanta Beltline is a 22-mile corridor consisting of transit, a linear greenway, and multiuse trails. The design will create a signature public meeting ground to provide new connections between Atlanta’s diverse urban neighborhoods.

This groundbreaking public infrastructure effort will connect historic neighborhoods around the city’s urban core, catalyzing economic development as it circles the city.

Atlanta Beltline, Inc. hired PFAL to develop a strategic implementation plan to ensure the benefits are delivered to the community. PFAL led a team advising on funding, financing, and communications while working closely with the Perkins+Will design team on cost, schedule and procurement for this $4 billion redevelopment project.
